Perfect place for a shorter stay. Nice pool, fresh rooms and close to 7/11 and the beach. A week or weekend pearl at Cha-am beach, we loved it.

Room 201: First to get in the room, have some bad smell of toilet after turn on air conditioner it will a bit better and you can hear the noise when people on upstair walk and someone talking outside the same floor.

Good place but bed too hard. Bed too hard otherwise Excellent. Great location. Nice room and very clean. Staff knows little English so not helpful when you have a need for info. Accommodation by the sea Food is very easy to find. There are restaurants around the resort all day long.

What can I say...it's a very mixed package, some great some stupid easy fixes. Beautiful swimming pool, Room are ok, but in our room the sink did not drain and around the whole area is a smell of sausage, very old toilet seat. Beds are perfect, but the floor mats are falling to apart..Aircon is old and loud, electric wire hanging out of the wall, where they have not bothered putting in the wall lights. Such a shame as it has good potential..
